DESIGN SPRINT: DREAMS

ROLE

Designer and facilitator of ideation workshops (day 1) and storyboarding (day 2) of the sprint.

CHALLENGE

Dreams have a mission to help people save money. Our challenge was to help them explore ways to expand their user base by increasing recommendations made by current users.




PROCESS

The format was a four day Google Ventures Design Sprint, followed by an iteration week. A cross-disciplinary team from Dreams was gathered to go from identifying the problem, to ideating the first two days. Day three and four a smaller group prototyped and executed the user tests. The iteration week was executed by us as a design team, where we developed the prototype further by testing and re-designing.




OUTCOME

A rapport of user insights, together with a tested and iterated prototype of a referral function in the app. The prototype was implemented in the middle of March 2020.
