During my last semester at Stockholm University me and my thesis partner wrote a thesis about Digital healthcare applications. We wanted to find out the users/patients needs and behaviours, resulting in the research question How does the patient experience care through a screen? When designing for sensitive and critical things like health care, it seems important to know what needs you should fulfill and what creates a good experience for the user (in this case the patient). In this study, a mixed methods approach has been used to collect data from persons who have experienced digital care via video. A digital survey has been used to first collect quantitative data and semi-structured interviews have been used to collect deeper understanding.
